You can make an appointment for Mobile clinic here. To make a reservation, please call the health consultation desk ( +81 70-9126-3158 ) and explain your symptoms. After the symptoms are diagnosed, a nurse will assess your condition. If you agree to the dispatch of the Mobile clinic, please make a reservation and make payment through the reservation form on this website. For additional fees, please refer to the Online Consultation page and select the appropriate fee.

If you have any questions, please feel free to check with us at the time of your appointment. ・Once reservation is confirmed, you will not be able to cancel.
